Matthew L. Wolfman
Matthew L. Wolfman joined Mendel & Associates in 2021 and focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration and Long Term Care/Special Needs Planning.
Matt earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) at the Charleston School of Law and is an alumnus of Marist College, where he received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English. Often characterized as both a creative problem solver and intensely detail-oriented, Matt comes to Mendel & Associates after working for over six years as a corporate fiduciary with Bank of America and Wells Fargo Private Bank, administrating estates and trusts for high-net-worth clients and their families. Matt understands that “wealth” is more than the accumulation of assets, and he has a passion for helping people realize their personal and financial planning objectives. Matt also administers estates, handles the preparation of probate court documents and estate tax returns, and advises Personal Representatives and Trustees on their fiduciary duties. He particularly relishes the opportunity to educate clients as he works with them in navigating the probate process.
Outside of the office Matt enjoys traveling to new places, experiencing the outdoors, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and listening to live music.
